Bring 1 liter of water to a boil

Add 80gr thai sago pearls into boiling water

Boil for 5 minutes while stirring

Turn off heat, cover the pot, let it rest for 15 minutes

Turn on heat again, cook for another 5 minutes until sago is transparent

Drain and rinse with cold water
